International LGBTQ+ DE&I Accreditation & Certification for the Tourism Industry

The training sessions on LGBTQ+ Tourism have unanimously and more solidly reconfirmed its role as a crucial driver toward openness and diversity, so that hosts will be always able to put themselves in their guest’s shoes. All topics were treated clearly and effectively, such that our attendees (hotel members and colleagues) were inspired to reflect on and discuss stimulating questions. Learning to recognize the nuances of the members of the LGBTQ + community helps us to recognize how in reality each of us is different and unique compared to the other, and this diversity-uniqueness could be a new definition key to define the variety of our hotels. Based on the new stimuli thanks to your knowledge and skills, we have taken action as a Brand to carry out some initiatives on the occasion of Pride that will touch the destinations of BWH Hotels in the Italian territory, with the desire to involve them in spreading and sharing their own event channels. We thank you again for the start of a common adventure with the hope that the sentiment of openness and inclusiveness will continue to expand.
