What Our Partners Say

Let us build together an inclusive World!

Nicola Accurso
Nicola AccursoGM 21WOL
Hotel 21WOL has deeply appreciated this collaboration, which has contributed to implement the D&I protocol into our business values. Our values embed inclusion and respect for diversity, also in gender and sexual identities. In addition, the LGBTQ+ market is extremely interesting and must be targeted with a devoted training, in order to better respond to guests’ expectations. Inclusivity cannot be just a good intention, it must be supported by training, in order to supply useful tools to manage hospitality. Knowing the guests’ expectations is a must, to approach the demand of a fast growing market. Our feed back is very positive, both for the interest in this training and the tools you have supplied: the perfect mix of theoretical contents and day-by-day example is the correct approach. I want to point out that this protocol has improved the capacity to listen to the guest and, even more, to anticipate her/his desires.

GREAT COLLABORATION – LEONARDO HOTELS CENTRAL EUROPE (ITALY DIVISION)/SONDERS&BEACH. It is easy to work together with them, share work, discuss the project, explore solutions. This is a great collaboration, and we are sure it will be an added value for all our guests.

The training sessions on LGBTQ+ Tourism have unanimously and more solidly reconfirmed its role as a crucial driver toward openness and diversity, so that hosts will be always able to put themselves in their guest’s shoes. All topics were treated clearly and effectively, such that our attendees (hotel members and colleagues) were inspired to reflect on and discuss stimulating questions. Learning to recognize the nuances of the members of the LGBTQ + community helps us to recognize how in reality each of us is different and unique compared to the other, and this diversity-uniqueness could be a new definition key to define the variety of our hotels. Based on the new stimuli thanks to your knowledge and skills, we have taken action as a Brand to carry out some initiatives on the occasion of Pride that will touch the destinations of BWH Hotels in the Italian territory, with the desire to involve them in spreading and sharing their own event channels. We thank you again for the start of a common adventure with the hope that the sentiment of openness and inclusiveness will continue to expand.

A Highly Motivated Team Driven by Expertise

We are committed to our work and to delivering practical, effective solutions that support organizations in strengthening LGBTQ+ inclusion. Our team acts as a trusted partner throughout the accreditation and certification process.
