Ambassadors benefit from a percentage-based commission model (up to 20%), recognizing your role in promoting and supporting QueerVadis certification and training activities.

As an Ambassador, you’ll be licensed to deliver QueerVadis certification workshops, positioning yourself as a trusted expert in LGBTQIA+ inclusion. You may also be invited to speak at international events, increasing your professional visibility within the global tourism and DEI ecosystem.

You won’t work alone. Ambassadors receive exclusive training by Sonders & Beach, along with co-branded marketing materials and official partner recognition.
You’ll also gain access to tools, templates, and case studies to support your work with destinations, businesses, and institutions.

How it Works

Identify hotels, destinations, and companies interested in LGBTQIA+ inclusion, and support them through training and advisory activities using QueerVadis tools and materials.

Introduce potential partners to QueerVadis or guide them through the certification process, strengthening your professional positioning within inclusive tourism and business.

Each referral is carefully reviewed by the QueerVadis team to ensure alignment with program requirements. Once the collaboration is confirmed, the referral incentive is activated accordingly.
